Raised in Illinois with two brothers, Emily Ward has been surrounded by video games her whole life. She would spend her nights inside, her brothers sat on either side of her on the couch as they huddled in front of a TV. This cultivated a deep appreciation for all video games.Drawing and painting were also an integral part of her youth, and her family encouraged her to pursue the arts. AP art in high school showed her that a career as an illustrator was possible. Emily attended Northern Illinois University, graduating in May of 2025.Programs used:
